📋 Description

  • Outbound prospecting to engage physicians, nurses and hospital stakeholders.
  • Research target accounts to identify stakeholders, needs, and pain points.
  • Qualify leads; assess fit, urgency, and interest; articulate Ceribell’s value.
  • Schedule introductory meetings for field sales; ensure a smooth handoff.
  • Build and manage opportunities through early sales funnel stages.
  • Maintain accurate account and activity records in Salesforce (SFDC).

🎯 Requirements

  • 1–3 years in sales development or related roles; proven prospecting.
  • RN, BSN, or equivalent clinical background strongly preferred.
  • Experience in acute care, ICU, ED, neuro, or hospital settings is a plus.
  • Desire to break into MedTech/medical device sales; coachable and eager to learn.
  • Highly motivated, resilient; comfortable with rejection and metrics-driven.
  • Technical aptitude: Salesforce (SFDC), Microsoft Excel, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo.
