- Desire to break into MedTech/medical device sales; coachable and eager to learn.
- Highly motivated, resilient; comfortable with rejection and metrics-driven.
- Technical aptitude: Salesforce (SFDC), Microsoft Excel, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo.
