  • Collaborate with account executives, marketing, sales ops, and fellow BDRs.
  • Report and track activities using SFDC (Salesforce).
  • Contribute to creation and iteration of team processes.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years of BDR experience in tech, META region; SaaS a plus.
  • Self-motivated with entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Ability to work both in a team and independently.
  • Analytical, organized, and time-management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal communication; customer-oriented with empathy.
  • Languages: English and Turkish; Outreach and Salesforce experience a plus.
