  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective customers daily
  • Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives
  • Develop and maintain understanding of Trellis products, value propositions, and target markets
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and activities in CRM (HubSpot)
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly activity and pipeline goals
  • Work with sales/marketing to refine messaging and prospecting

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 1+ year outbound sales/lead generation experience; SaaS/tech/legal markets preferred
  • Proven success with cold calling as a primary activity
  • Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with drive and resilience
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and embrace feedback
  • Familiarity with CRM systems; HubSpot a plus
