- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective customers daily
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives
- Develop and maintain understanding of Trellis products, value propositions, and target markets
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and activities in CRM (HubSpot)
- Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly activity and pipeline goals
- Work with sales/marketing to refine messaging and prospecting
๐ฏ Requirements
- 1+ year outbound sales/lead generation experience; SaaS/tech/legal markets preferred
- Proven success with cold calling as a primary activity
- Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with drive and resilience
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and embrace feedback
- Familiarity with CRM systems; HubSpot a plus
