  • Follow up and qualify sales leads in Poland and EMEA.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, AEs, and industry experts.
  • Conduct account and market planning and research.
  • Set up outbound mailing & calling campaigns.
  • Represent Mendix at industry events.
  • Identify decision makers and influencers in enterprise orgs.
  • Schedule and run qualifying meetings with prospects.
  • Learn to ask questions to assess Mendix-fit criteria.
  • Build relationships with CIO/CTO/CDO and other influencers.
  • Handover opportunities to Account Executives.

🎯 Requirements

  • 0-2 years in enterprise software sales as SDR/BDR or Inside Sales; or relevant BSc/MSc.
  • Polish and English fluency; other European languages a plus.
  • Excellent listeners, critical thinkers, and comfortable navigating sophisticated conversations.
  • You are ambitious, have a growth mindset.
  • The ability to work full-time.
