  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of BDRs to exceed meeting goals

  • Provide hands-on coaching through shadowing, email review, and feedback

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience
  • 1+ year in sales management
  • 3+ years of related sales experience
  • Demonstrated outbound sales activity (call and email)
  • Series 7 within 90 days or willingness to obtain
  • Series 63 within 90 days or willingness to obtain
