📋 Description

  • Generate new sales leads via outbound calls to qualify prospects
  • Strategize with sales leaders to design target call plans
  • Perform 60+ outbound calls per day
  • Research 70 prospective decision-maker leads weekly
  • Schedule 13 qualified demos/appointments for Outside Sales
  • Partner with Sales Directors to gain techniques and best practices
  • Consistently meet or exceed targets daily/weekly/monthly
  • Manage, track, and report activities in Salesforce

🎯 Requirements

  • Must live in PST or MST time zone; 9:00am–5:00pm, Mon–Fri
  • Confident, conversational, persistent, curious
  • Prior success in Automotive BDR/BDC in automotive SaaS
  • Must enjoy teamwork and collaboration
  • Follow policies, processes, and procedures
  • Organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up
