  • Identify, generate and qualify leads via inbound and outbound channels.
  • Prospect via phone, email, and social to generate opportunities for Account Executives.
  • Attend events and conferences to network with prospects.
  • Nurture long-term relationships with prospects; help enterprise customers realize value.
  • Develop new strategies to identify and win enterprise customers.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to align on pipeline strategies.

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year outbound sales experience, preferably tech/SaaS.
  • Tech SaaS experience, especially CMS, is a plus.
  • Track record of meeting quotas and generating new opportunities.
  • Adept at cold calling, handling objections, booking meetings.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
