  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Discipline in tracking numbers and weekly improvements
  • Excellent communication โ€” clear, patient, confident
  • Comfort with ambiguity and context switching
  • High NPS with former teammates
  • Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM
