  • 2+ years as a BDR/SDR in a B2B tech startup (internship, working student, or full-time)
  • Experience with mid-market accounts or complex sales cycles
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree
  • Strong ownership mindset โ€” you take responsibility for outcomes
  • Excellent German (C2) and strong English
  • Data-driven mindset and comfort with KPIs and CRM systems
