📋 Description

  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective customers through outbound efforts
  • Use a data-driven outbound approach with prospecting, emails, LinkedIn, and calling
  • Qualify opportunities by mapping customer pain points to Notabene value
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to penetrate target accounts
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and data hygiene in HubSpot
  • Represent Notabene at industry events and meetings (travel may be required)

🎯 Requirements

  • A strong desire to grow a career in B2B sales
  • Experience as a BDR/SDR in a customer-facing role (reg-tech/crypto a plus, not required)
  • Comfort with cold calling and outbound prospecting at scale
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate value clearly
  • A data-driven mindset and comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Curiosity, resilience, and ownership
