📋 Description

  • Execute outbound prospecting to generate qualified meetings and pipeline in assigned territory.
  • Conduct high-level discovery conversations with target accounts to understand needs, qualify opportunities, and create SAOs.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly BDR-sourced SAO targets by converting qualified prospects into opportunities.
  • Research and prioritize target accounts using business knowledge to identify key players, events, and outreach strategies.
  • Execute a multi-touch outreach cadence (call, email, social) to all prospects in your territory using Outreach.io to maximize engagement.
  • Manage, track, and report prospecting activities and pipeline in Salesforce for visibility into performance and forecast.

🎯 Requirements

  • Positive and energetic phone skills; excellent listening and writing.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
  • Proactive and able to independently drive projects through to outcomes.
  • Alignment with GitLab values and culture.
  • Knowledge of business processes, roles, and organizational structure.
  • Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator proficiency; English required.
