Business Development Representative

📋 Description

• Support sales teams on the Virtual Sales Team.
• Engage CHROs and C-suite leaders in 15k+ life accounts.
• Use Salesloft, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, MiEdge.
• Research target firms to identify key contacts.
• Craft personalized outreach to engage qualified prospects.
• Organize meetings and coordinate stakeholders for each meeting.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years outbound sales/BD in a B2B environment
• Experience doing one-on-one qualifying meetings with leads
• Experience selling into strategic employer accounts (15k+ lives) and engaging senior HR/benefits/C-suite
• Gen AI fluency in daily workflows
• Willing to travel up to 20%
