📋 Description

  • Execute outbound prospecting to generate qualified meetings and pipeline.
  • Conduct discovery calls with target accounts to understand needs.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly BDR targets by converting prospects into opportunities.
  • Research and prioritize target accounts to identify key players.
  • Execute a multi-touch cadence (call, email, social) using Outreach.io.
  • Manage, track, and report all prospecting activities and pipeline in Salesforce.

🎯 Requirements

  • Positive, energetic phone skills; excellent listening and writing.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, monthly KPIs.
  • Self-starter with drive to complete projects independently.
  • Alignment with GitLab values.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • English proficiency required; prior tech industry sales/development is a plus.
