📋 Description

  • Collaborate with Sales/Marketing to build targeted prospect lists and outreach.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social channels.
  • Qualify and nurture leads, focusing on meaningful conversations.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the Sales Team and support pipeline.
  • Follow up with prospects using HubSpot and other CRM tools.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and pipeline goals.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of experience as a BDR/SDR in tech/AI/cloud
  • Strong experience in enterprise outbound sales and engaging executive stakeholders
  • Basic understanding of cloud, AI/ML, and modern data platforms
  • Experience or exposure to financial services or insurance is a plus
  • Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
