📋 Description

  • Generate discovery calls and qualified pipeline via outbound prospecting.
  • Use LinkedIn to network with prospects and educate the market on Azul.
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly metrics for opportunities.
  • Research how businesses operate to understand pain points.
  • Identify prospect pain points and map to customer value.
  • Collaborate with AEs and Sales Directors on qualified meetings.
  • Individual contributor role reporting to the BDR Director.
  • Occasional travel within the region.

🎯 Requirements

  • B2B telephone lead generation (min 1 year).
  • IT or Software solutions sales experience preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6Sense, Drift.
  • Passion for outbound sales and cold prospecting.
  • Ability to engage Enterprise to mid-market.
  • High energy, results-driven, self-motivated, team player.
  • Excellent communication, listening, presentation, and writing.
  • Autonomous with a stable work history.
