🎯 Requirements

  • Outbound-first mindset; build pipeline from scratch
  • Experience prospecting mid-market/commercial accounts (200+ FTEs)
  • Confident on the phone; cold calling is core
  • Proven track record of hitting monthly targets
  • Hands-on with Salesforce and modern sales tools; Claude familiarity
