📋 Description

  • Identify, pursue, and qualify leads via the Customer Engagement Lifecycle.
  • Position Minitab solutions to drive high conversion from leads to opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the virtual account team on inbound and outbound leads.
  • Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline with real-time visibility for management.
  • Develop competitive knowledge to position Minitab solutions.
  • Promote awareness of Minitab’s product portfolio with customers.

🎯 Requirements

  • Entry-level candidates are considered.
  • 1+ years in customer-facing or business development roles preferred.
  • Bachelor’s in business, marketing, or IT preferred; associates acceptable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 apps and cloud tools (OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams).
  • Business Intelligence or Statistics experience preferred.
  • Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing).
