Business Development Representative

📋 Description

• Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies to generate new business opportunities.
• Leverage Salesloft, Salesforce, Orum, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to automate outreach.
• Research and identify key decision-makers within target accounts in higher education, healthcare, and nonprofit sectors.
• Qualify leads and set up meetings for the New Business Sales Team.
• Conduct outreach through email, phone, and social media.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• You have at least one year of experience in outbound sales development, lead generation, or inside sales.
• You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with prospects and customers.
• You are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, working independently or as part of a team.
• You have experience working in a fast-paced startup and can adapt to a rapidly expanding and changing environment.
• You have familiarity with sales and prospecting tools such as Salesforce.com, Salesloft, Orum (or other dialing tool) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• You have experience selling SaaS-based products.
• You have experience either selling to nonprofit organizations or have previously worked for a nonprofit organization.
