- You have at least one year of experience in outbound sales development, lead generation, or inside sales.
- You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with prospects and customers.
- You are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, working independently or as part of a team.
- You have experience working in a fast-paced startup and can adapt to a rapidly expanding and changing environment.
- You have familiarity with sales and prospecting tools such as Salesforce.com, Salesloft, Orum (or other dialing tool) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- You have experience selling SaaS-based products.
- You have experience either selling to nonprofit organizations or have previously worked for a nonprofit organization.
