  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities via outbound and inbound prospecting.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation.
  • Conduct sales development via email, phone, and social drips to build cadences.
  • Qualify prospects and set appointments for Discovery calls.
  • Outreach to target prospects to support Sales and Marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to achieve and set goals and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn.
  • Basic understanding of Sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Ability to travel 10-15%.
