🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years in business development, sales, or related roles with revenue impact.
- Experience with multi-market sales, account planning, and pipeline mgmt.
- Familiarity with RFP/RFI processes and proposal development.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365; strong comms.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience supporting defense, public safety, aerospace, or government customers.
