📋 Description

  • Prospect, qualify, and nurture leads into opportunities; build pipeline.
  • Own opportunity tracking, pipeline hygiene, and weekly forecasting.
  • Maintain CRM/SharePoint account intelligence to improve win probability.
  • Drive deal execution from interest to close by coordinating internal teams.
  • Coordinate responses to RFPs/RFIs/ROMs and unsolicited submissions.
  • Partner with Sales, Engineering, Programs, Finance, and Legal to craft offers.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in business development, sales, or related roles with revenue impact.
  • Experience with multi-market sales, account planning, and pipeline mgmt.
  • Familiarity with RFP/RFI processes and proposal development.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365; strong comms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience supporting defense, public safety, aerospace, or government customers.
