π― Requirements
- 2-3+ years in a fast-growing startup, lead management or PM roles
- 2-3+ years in finance, investment banking, consulting or software engineering
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and SQL (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Japanese and English
