📋 Description

  • Research target accounts, buying committees, and key decision-makers across channels.
  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to create qualified meetings and pipeline.
  • Generate and qualify new opportunities via outreach and discovery.
  • Collaborate with Sales/Marketing on ABM campaigns across industries.
  • Build and nurture early-stage relationships with prospects.
  • Support events by pre-booking meetings and timely follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records with activity and next steps.
  • Develop concise summaries to support handoff and deal progression.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (or equivalent).
  • 1+ year of experience in B2B sales or SDR/BDR role with outbound success.
  • Proficiency with Salesloft/Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce.
  • Resilient, proactive communicator who handles outbound prospecting and rejection.
  • Travel up to 20% across the EMEA region.
  • Native or fluent German and excellent English, written and verbal.
