📋 Description

  • Drive growth by partnering with Marketing and Sales to promote Flowcode to key customers
  • Research and identify potential customers via phone, email, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and HubSpot
  • Initiate contact with prospects, build rapport, and communicate our product value effectively
  • Assess prospect needs and qualify leads for handoff to Account Executives
  • Log interactions and maintain accurate data in the CRM for seamless collaboration
  • Gather feedback from prospects to inform product and marketing strategies

🎯 Requirements

  • 1+ years in a sales, customer service, or BDR role, ideally SaaS/tech
  • Strong verbal and written communication and qualification skills to effectively speak to customers
  • Highly motivated by goals and KPIs, with a track record of meeting targets
  • Strong prospecting and lead generation skills
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales enablement tools; excellent time management
  • Experience in fast-paced startup environment with changing priorities; team-oriented
