📋 Description

  • Maintain outbound activity across calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate meetings.
  • Book meetings with qualified personas from your assigned TAM.
  • Work with the AE team to align on target accounts and maximize meeting quality.
  • Engage in early discovery conversations to identify pain points and qualify interest.
  • Take a consultative approach and propose solutions based on Adthena value proposition and case studies.
  • Meet monthly targets and document activity within Salesforce.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-18 months of sales or professional experience, preferably within a B2B SaaS or Technology environment.
  • Outbound prospecting experience incl. cold calling, personalised email outreach, and other lead generation techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn quickly, adapt to feedback, and master new sales methodologies.
  • Bonus: Salesforce, Navigator, Outreach; strategic account planning experience.
