📋 Description

  • Field a high volume of B2B inbound sales calls and emails daily
  • Qualify leads with timely follow-ups using discovery questions
  • Provide outside sales with detailed lead information gathered from contacts
  • Schedule qualified appointments for the outside sales team
  • Meet or exceed defined sales metrics
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to set qualified appointments and maintain CRM data

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 6+ months of B2B cold-calling and lead generation experience
  • Telecommunication or technology industry experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; CRM experience (NetSuite preferred) and marketing platform (HubSpot preferred)
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
