- Own and manage critical BD operations supporting partner ecosystem and internal teams
- Maintain and analyze weekly/monthly performance data, dashboards, reporting
- Primary operational contact for ~100 partners; handle pricing, product updates, editorial changes, growth inquiries, and compliance adjustments
- Lead monthly production of rankings across credit card, banking, lending, and software products
- Identify trends, anomalies, and data quality issues, acting as an internal subject matter expert
- Build, improve, and scale templates and processes to increase efficiency
๐ฏ Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in business development operations, operations/process improvement, or project management
- Strong analytical skills with dashboards, reporting, and performance data
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Self-directed and proactive, with the ability to drive initiatives to completion
- Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Looker/Tableau, and MS Office
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or small business software is a plus

- 6-month contract, W-2 opportunity
- Monday-Friday availability; 30-40 hours per week; 9:00 AM-5:00 PM PST
