  • Monitor & maintain existing client relationships
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for key clients
  • Own and drive revenue growth for coupon manufacturing as the #1 priority
  • Prospect and close new business with fabrication shops, EPC firms, energy companies
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical presentations to QA/QC reps/managers
  • Build, manage, and advance a disciplined pipeline from prospecting through close

  • Demonstrated 10+ years of sales success
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Ability to grasp welding industry tech and nomenclature
  • AWS CWI certification preferred
  • Knowledge of ASME, AWS D1.1, API 1104 (preferred)
