📋 Description

  • Develop and execute commercial growth strategies in Türkiye to identify opportunities and partnerships.
  • Engage gaming communities, studios, publishers, and forums in Türkiye to generate leads.
  • Identify and qualify prospective clients; present tailored proposals.
  • Manage full sales lifecycle from pipeline growth, negotiation, to deal closure and onboarding.
  • Monitor regional market trends and competitive activity; provide insights to internal teams.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, operations and legal to ensure smooth delivery and partner satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, or Commercial Strategy
  • Strong understanding of Turkish digital, tech, SaaS or gaming ecosystem (preferred)
  • Proven track record in deal-making, revenue generation, or partnership growth
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with fluency in Turkish and English
  • Experience managing sales pipelines, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field (MBA is a plus)
