🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in crypto, payments, corporate treasury, venture capital, or digital assets more broadly.
- Deep enthusiasm for fintech, blockchain, and advancing the digital asset industry forward.
- Strong network in the digital asset industry and track record of building and leveraging relationships to drive revenue opportunities.
- Strong financial background and proven commercial experience, including building a compelling business case with revenue/profit models.
- History of influencing and communicating effectively with senior executives, internally and externally, as well as working collaboratively with stakeholders across the organisation.
- Creative approach to problem solving and an entrepreneurial approach to identifying business opportunities.
