π― Requirements
- 3β6 years in BD/partnerships/licensing in gaming
- Proven track record closing deals with developers or publishers
- IP licensing, branded content, or game collaboration experience is a plus
- Mandarin Chinese fluent; business-level English for internal communication
- Strong negotiation skills; experience structuring MG, royalties, revenue share
- Familiar with mobile ecosystems (iOS/Android/WeChat Mini Programs)
