  • Own BD lifecycle in China: sourcing, qualifying, pitching, and closing deals
  • Identify and engage Chinese mobile/PC/console developers for IP licensing
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of Chinese game developers and publishers
  • Structure licensing deals: guest appearances, full licenses, DLC, platform rights
  • Represent Xsolla Agency at ChinaJoy, CGDC, WePlay and other events
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and product; manage launches for live deals

🎯 Requirements

  • 3–6 years in BD/partnerships/licensing in gaming
  • Proven track record closing deals with developers or publishers
  • IP licensing, branded content, or game collaboration experience is a plus
  • Mandarin Chinese fluent; business-level English for internal communication
  • Strong negotiation skills; experience structuring MG, royalties, revenue share
  • Familiar with mobile ecosystems (iOS/Android/WeChat Mini Programs)
