- Own day-to-day relationships with national and regional trade associations and unions.
- Evaluate and prioritize associations to join, sponsor, or engage by ICP fit and revenue.
- Negotiate memberships and sponsorships, positioning BuildOps as a strategic partner.
- Serve as primary contact for association staff and leadership.
- Partner with SDRs/AEs/Revenue to build territory plans yielding meetings and pipeline.
- Design and support co-marketing programs aligned to partner goals.
π― Requirements
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS BD/partnerships/field marketing/GTM, ideally in construction.
- Experience owning external relationships (associations/partners) and turning into pipeline.
- Plan and run programs end-to-end with clear goals; execute with Sales/Marketing; measure results.
- Comfortable working with AEs, Rev leaders, and marketers; speak their language.
- Strong PM and communication; manage multiple partners, events, and stakeholders.
- Data-literate and ROI-focused; define metrics and request data.
