📋 Description

  • Grow client relationships with senior accounting and financial leaders.
  • Lead projects and interim roles in audit, FP&A, M&A, tax, and software implementations.
  • Manage open client opportunities from intake to fulfillment.
  • Schedule and conduct client visits to meet activity goals.
  • Develop and maintain a target account list.
  • Monitor market hiring trends and advise on opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required; CPA/CFA/MBA or other designation highly desired.
  • Minimum 3 years’ client relations experience in audit, tax, and/or public accounting, or experience selling accounting/financial project solutions.
  • Proven success achieving and/or exceeding performance goals.
  • MS Office Suite proficiency; Bullhorn experience preferred.
  • Travel up to 10% to client sites.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
