  • Develop and execute a BD strategy to drive revenue in federal/commercial sectors.
  • Identify and secure new government and commercial contracts via market insights and RFP/RFQ processes.
  • Cultivate relationships with U.S. Federal agency leaders, prime contractors, and government partners.
  • Lead negotiations for complex, high-value deals and manage long sales cycles.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1+ years of full-desk B2G sales experience.
  • Experience managing long-term business relationships to secure high contracts.
  • Understanding of federal and commercial space markets, industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to support business goals.
