  • Develop and execute a BD strategy to grow revenue in U.S. Federal and commercial sectors.
  • Identify and secure new government and commercial contracts using RFP/RFQ insights.
  • Build relationships with U.S. Federal agency leaders, prime contractors, and agencies.
  • Lead negotiations for complex, high-value deals and manage long sales cycles.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and pre-sales to align solutions with customer needs.
  • Initiate or support projects in your territory, from negotiations to marketing initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1+ years of full-desk B2G sales experience.
  • Experience managing long-term business relationships to secure high-value contracts.
  • Understanding of commercial and Federal space markets, trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to support business goals.
