  • Develop and execute B2G/BD strategy to drive revenue and growth
  • Identify and secure new government and commercial contracts via RFPs/RFQs
  • Build relationships with U.S. Federal agency leaders, primes, and agencies
  • Lead negotiations for complex, high-value deals and long sales cycles
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and pre-sales to align solutions
  • Represent Spire at events to generate new opportunities

 

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of full-desk B2G sales experience
  • Experience managing long-term gov't contracts and relationships
  • Understanding of commercial and Federal space markets, trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to support goals
  • Preferred: military or high-demand civilian background; Salesforce/HubSpot/LinkedIn Navigator
