- 2+ years of experience in BD Manager or Account Executive roles preferred.
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or B2B tech strongly preferred.
- Experience engaging with financial institutions is a strong plus.
- Strong communication, discovery, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Self-starter mindset with ownership, persistence, and follow-through.
