  • Proactively identify and engage prospective financial institutions via multi-channel outreach.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect needs and digital banking priorities.
  • Communicate value of our digital banking platform and align with client goals.
  • Engage and qualify inbound leads from campaigns, webinars, events, and inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot) of activities and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales Executives to schedule demos and progress opportunities.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in BD Manager or Account Executive roles preferred.
  • Experience in fintech, SaaS, or B2B tech strongly preferred.
  • Experience engaging with financial institutions is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication, discovery, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Self-starter mindset with ownership, persistence, and follow-through.
