🎯 Requirements
- Be comfortable with targeting new business and hunting hidden gems in Scotland
- Experienced negotiator capable of structuring win-win deals for restaurants and Deliveroo
- Commercially knowledgeable about the economics of food delivery for both sides
- Great communication skills (face-to-face, phone or email)
- Able to demonstrate product and industry knowledge to clients
- Take ownership and work within demanding targets
