Build, manage, and maintain strong client relationships through networking.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Collaborate with estimating and project teams on proposals and bids.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Construction Mgmt, or related.
5+ years in business development or sales in landscape/construction/real estate.
Strong knowledge of PA construction market and stakeholders.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, able to work independently.
