  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years BD/sales in custom chemical manufacturing or institutional cleaning.
  • Proven success driving revenue growth and securing new business.
  • Strong formulation-based selling; cross-functional with R&D/ops; CRM usage.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with EPA/FDA regulatory requirements (preferred).
