- Manage full sales cycle from lead gen to close, including trials.
- Forecast, analyze market trends, and manage the sales pipeline.
๐ฏ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years BD/sales in custom chemical manufacturing or institutional cleaning.
- Proven success driving revenue growth and securing new business.
- Strong formulation-based selling; cross-functional with R&D/ops; CRM usage.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with EPA/FDA regulatory requirements (preferred).
