  • Build, lead and coach a BDR team to generate opportunities and pipeline for France.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1+ year managing a BDR/SDR team in a fast-growing environment.
  • Quota-exceeding BDR; AE/full sales cycle experience a plus.
  • Strong people leadership: coach reps, manage performance, handle difficult conversations.
  • Metrics-driven: keep the team on track to daily/weekly targets.
  • Change-management skills: drive adoption with frequent changes.
  • Coachable leader: quick to implement feedback and iterate.
  • Experience with Salesforce and tools like Outreach and Gong.
  • Fluent in French and English.
