  • Identify and generate new business opportunities across Retail (Grocery, Pharma, etc)
  • Lead end-to-end sales: prospecting, qualification, needs analysis, mapping, design, pitching, negotiation

  • Build senior-level relationships, acting as a strategic advisor
  • Collaborate with Product, Consulting, Finance & Legal to shape tailored proposals
  • Ensure seamless transition from sale to delivery by defining operating model and engagements

🎯 Requirements

  • Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
  • 10+ years delivering new business growth in tech, data, or consulting
  • Strong network with grocery retailers and/or CPG organizations (desirable)
  • Ability to build and nurture senior-level relationships
  • Consultative, solution-led sales approach translating client challenges
  • Strong collaboration across cross-functional and global teams
