  • Develop and execute a BD strategy for U.S. Federal Government and commercial sectors.
  • Identify and secure new government and commercial contracts (RFP/RFQ and others).
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in U.S. Federal agencies and prime contractors.
  • Lead negotiations for complex, high-value deals and manage long sales cycles.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and pre-sales to align solutions with customer needs.
  • Initiate or support projects in your territory, from complex negotiations to marketing initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2G sales or account management experience.
  • Experience in managing long-term business relationships and securing high-value contracts.
  • Understanding of the commercial and Federal space market, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
