- Manage end-to-end recruitment for 20-30 consultants per month, prioritizing quality and speed.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies across multiple channels (job boards, social media, referrals).
- Screen candidates for sales aptitude, entrepreneurial mindset, and cultural fit.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers, Team Leaders, and Enablement to ensure smooth onboarding.
π― Requirements
- 5+ years of dedicated recruitment experience with high-volume hiring.
- Experience recruiting independent contractors / auto-entrepreneurs.
- Deep understanding of the French auto-entrepreneur landscape and regulatory environment.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and building pipelines.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed aggressive recruitment targets in fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
