  • High-volume sourcing & recruitment of independent sales consultants (auto-entrepreneurs) in France.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for 20-30 consultants per month, prioritizing quality and speed.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies across multiple channels (job boards, social media, referrals).
  • Screen candidates for sales aptitude, entrepreneurial mindset, and cultural fit.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers, Team Leaders, and Enablement to ensure smooth onboarding.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of dedicated recruitment experience with high-volume hiring.
  • Experience recruiting independent contractors / auto-entrepreneurs.
  • Deep understanding of the French auto-entrepreneur landscape and regulatory environment.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and building pipelines.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed aggressive recruitment targets in fast-paced environments.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
