  • Execute sales plans to drive growth in Kensington Corporate markets using consultative selling.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycle: qualify leads, respond to proposals/RFPs, and close deals.
  • Manage new accounts, onboarding and ramp-up; coordinate with internal teams for hand-offs.
  • Build and maintain a rolling pipeline aligned with leadership strategy; keep CRM updated.
  • Identify opportunities and participate in events to raise Kensington Corporate brand.
  • Develop relationships with travel vendors and existing clients to generate leads.

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years in business development with travel company
  • Track record of closing sales and exceeding targets
  • Hunter mindset with strong contract negotiation across short and long sales cycles
  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills with ability to influence external prospects
  • CRM experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20%
