Business Development Manager

📋 Description

• Grow token liquidity; build relationships with top projects, VCs, and ecosystem players.
• Engage with exchanges, custodians, lenders, and other infra providers.
• Identify promising projects for early investment; support through development stages.
• Secure early access for DeFi projects for our trading team.
• Monitor launches/news to identify collaboration and BD opportunities.
• Expand OTC; work with teams to bring new products (e.g., derivatives) to market.

🎯 Requirements

• Traditional finance and digital assets experience from high-performing teams.
• 3+ years of sales experience with crypto counterparties.
• Trading knowledge and deep crypto knowledge.
• Experience with spot and derivatives products.
• Experience in business development, partnerships, or client-facing roles; PnL impact.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
