  • Own a pipeline end-to-end β€” prospecting, qualifying, pitching, and closing
  • Strategic and scrappy β€” long-term account thinking; not afraid to pick up the phone
  • Clear, concise communicator who can pitch Headway's value prop with credibility
  • Thrive in an environment with open feedback and high autonomy
  • Motivated by improving access to mental healthcare
