🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years in BD/Sales; degree in business/related field preferred.
• Strong verbal and written English.
• Proven BD & Sales experience; client-facing skills.
• Experience in property business or agencies preferred.
• Entrepreneurship experience and proven target achievement preferred.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments; works toward monthly targets.
• Own a vehicle (motorcycle or car).
• Self-starter; comfortable working independently.
• Problem solver; identify gaps and implement solutions.
• Commercial mindset; upsell and customer service.
• Client success mindset; strong account management.
• Team player; willing to travel around Indonesia.
