  • 5-8+ years in strategic BD with closing experience (B2B sales preferred).
  • Extensive prospecting experience and proven BD track record.
  • Self-starter with an inquisitive approach; able to sell complex solutions.
  • Strong project and time management skills.
  • Understanding of CRM; experience with Salesforce or similar systems.
