  • Strong communication; adept at email, phone and in-person outreach.
  • Proven sales experience; build rapport and win business across stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen in Australian hospitality/retail sector.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Resilient to targets and KPIs.
  • Genuine passion for the mission.
  • Strong organizational skills; able to work independently.
  • Some data analysis and Google Workspace knowledge.
