  • Driven, hardworking mindset; adaptable to change in a fast-growth environment.
  • Hunter mentality with passion for prospecting and partnerships.
  • Strong influencing/negotiation skills with proven BD experience.
  • Confidence using data to spot opportunities and risks for growth.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to use CRM tools like Salesforce.
